OUR POLICIES
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME:
To ensure you enjoy your full in-water experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed-upon meeting time. Late arrivals will result in reduced snorkeling in water time. Later than 20 mins can result in a non refundable cancellation
CANCELLATIONS:
If Vieques Snorkel Tours must cancel your tour due to weather, sea conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances on our part, and if rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund
Client-initiated cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time to receive a refund, all refunds are minus applicable payment processing fees
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are not eligible for a refund.
WEATHER AND SEA CONDITIONS:
All tours are subject to weather and ocean conditions—your safety is always our top priority.
Rain in the forecast does not necessarily mean cancellation; we can often proceed safely during light to moderate rain.
